The charity is holding a Youth Rangers Project Zoom event on Tuesday 23rd March, inviting young people aged 13-23 the chance to speak to members of the Trust team and how they got started in their fields.
The event will look at job roles within the Trust, including ecology, reserve management, education, community engagement and media work.
Shaun Rimmer, Senior Community Engagement Officer for the Trust, said: “We know how important it is getting people interested in the natural world from a young age.
“The event is designed to give young people an opportunity to get a flavour of what it’s like working for an organisation like the Trust, and hopefully inspire them to take up a career in conservation in the future.”
The event takes place between 5pm and 6.30pm on 23rd March and anyone interested in attending should email s.rimmer@staffs-wildlife.org.uk
