Park in Leek raises prestigious Green Flag Award for the 10th year after achieving international quality mark for parks and green spaces

Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is heralding its volunteers during a national week of recognition.

Dedicated volunteers have been handed £500 to help them maintain a local nature reserve in Tamworth which has become a haven for wildlife over the years and a place of recreation.

A group of residents from Amington have been heralded as wildlife heroes by the county’s largest conservation charity.
