After School Clubs
Go wild at our After School and Lunchtime Clubs!
Did you know that at Staffordshire Wildlife Trust we deliver after school and lunchtime clubs too? Staffordshire Wildlife Trust can come to your school and provide extra-curricular activities for your students.
There are 3 types of clubs we offer these are
- Wild Child Club
- Forest Club
- Wild Yoga Club
What is Wild Child Club?
Wild Child Club is an all outdoors club to encourage children to be a little bit wilder and discover the enjoyment of being outdoors. The clubs emphasise free play, centred on a main theme, ranging from Wild Art or Wild Bugs to Wild Survival.
What is Forest Club?
Forest Club is an all outdoors club with a focus on bushcraft activities such as whittling, den building, fire lighting, and of course toasting marshmallows on the campfire!
What is Wild Yoga Club?
Wild Yoga Club is a set of yoga sessions in the great outdoors! At this club children will be introduced to the benefits of both yoga and mindfulness outdoors. They will learn how to safely do yoga poses in a calming environment, discover how to relax, and explore the wonders of nature through play with our qualified staff.
How long will the clubs run for?
The club sessions are one hour long. The number of sessions is up to you. We can do a one-off special activity, or run a series of sessions over the course of six or twelve weeks.
How many children can attend?
A maximum of up to 16 children (this is one member of Wildlife Trust staff and one member of school staff).
Where do the clubs take place?
The clubs take place at your school, on your school grounds, outdoors.

What is the cost?
£110 for one session
£640 for six sessions, over six weeks
£1100 for twelve sessions, over twelve weeks
We are a non-profit organisation therefore the cost of the club is to cover a member of experienced Staffordshire Wildlife Trust staff to deliver the sessions, planning and preparation of the sessions, risk assessments, equipment and consumables, and mileage.
Any other information?
Please provide one member of school staff to assist with the club. They will be responsible for behaviour management during the sessions.
