About the event

Join the southern heathland rangers and go for a wander through a heathland corridor the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust is now looking after. Learn about the heathland restoration project and the work that’s going to be taking place in the next year. There will be plenty of opportunities to stop and look at wildlife and take in some of the beautiful views Cannock Chase has to offer. Whilst we will be walking on paths, the ground is uneven in places so sturdy footwear and suitable clothing are a must. There will be no refreshments and the nearest facilities are at Birches Valley visitor centre.
